What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to provide through the website forms: name or company name, contact person, email, phone number, project information and, for job applications, VAT number, role or services offered and attached documents (CV or company registration certificate).

While you browse, the server may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, which are needed for the website to work securely.

Why we use it

We use the data to answer quote and information requests, assess applications and manage relationships with clients, suppliers and partners.

The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive. For job applications, processing is based on the consent given in the form.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request or application and, if a relationship follows, for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Who we share it with

Data is never sold or published. It may be processed by providers who help us run the website and email, appointed as data processors, and disclosed to authorities where required by law.

To protect our forms from automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you start filling in a form, your browser connects to Cloudflare’s servers, which receive your IP address and some technical information about your browser and device to check that the submission comes from a person. The check only runs when you use a form, not while you browse, and is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiries from abuse. Cloudflare acts as a data processor; any transfer of data to the United States is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. Your rights

Under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies and similar tools

The website does not use profiling, advertising or analytics cookies. In your browser we only store your chosen language and the dismissal of this notice: technical data that does not identify you and is needed for the website to work.

Fonts are hosted on this website. The only connection to third-party servers is Cloudflare’s anti-bot check, which runs only when you use a form and uses no profiling cookies. You can delete stored data at any time from your browser settings.
